Merge Up — Mobile Application

## Acceptance of Terms
Use of the Merge Up application ("Application") means you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

## License to Use
You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use the Application on your device for personal, non-commercial use.

## User Conduct
You must not:
• reverse engineer, modify, decompile, or extract source  
• attempt to bypass security or exploit bugs  
• use the Application for illegal activity  
• interfere with servers or networks used by the Application

## In-App Content and Ownership
All content, code, graphics, and assets inside the Application remain the property of Shubham ("Service Provider"). No rights are transferred other than the limited license to use.

## Game Data
The Application stores game username and score for gameplay features only.  
Details of data handling are defined in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.

## Third-Party Services
The Application may include third-party SDKs and APIs including:
• Google Play Services  
• AdMob  
• Godot Engine

These services may collect technical data for analytics or advertising. Use of the Application means you agree to their terms as well.

## Advertisements
The Application is Ad Supported. Ads may be shown during use. Ad behavior is subject to third-party networks.

## Termination
The Service Provider may suspend or terminate access to the Application at any time without notice if there is:
• suspected misuse  
• malicious behavior  
• illegal activity

You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it.

## Warranty Disclaimer
The Application is provided AS IS. No guarantee of availability, performance, or error-free operation.

## Limitation of Liability
The Service Provider is not liable for:
• data loss  
• indirect or consequential damages  
• device damage caused by use or misuse of the Application

Your only remedy is to stop using and uninstall the Application.

## Changes to Terms
These Terms may update at any time. Continued use means you accept updated Terms. The latest version will always supersede previous text.
