Hello, Sypher
A first post. The shape of the bet, in plain words.

This is the first post. Mostly to prove the blog works. A little to put down what Sypher is.
The shape of the bet
I'm building a studio. Not one product. Not one big platform. A small set of small tools, each one focused on a single specific job, each one priced for the rupee, each one shipped before it's perfect.
The bet is that:
- ten focused tools beat one cluttered platform
- a tool that does one job well will find its audience faster than a tool that tries to do five
- if you keep the unit cheap and the surface small, you can afford to ship a lot of them
That's it. No bigger thesis. The work is the proof.
What this blog is for
Three things:
- Notes from the workshop — what's being built, what shipped, what didn't work
- Decisions out loud — the trade-offs behind a price, a stack choice, a feature cut
- Posts I'd want to read — the kind of writing I look for when I'm trying to figure something out
It's not a launch channel. Launches happen on Product Hunt and X. This is the slower thing — the part where you write down what you learned so the next person (often future-you) doesn't have to learn it again.
What's coming
The first tool is Reel Hooks — track two Instagram creators, get the top 10 reels each week with transcripts, hook breakdowns, and three reel concepts written in your voice. ₹99 a month.
After that, the studio's job is to keep the cadence. One tool. Then the next. Then the next.
If you want to know when the first one ships, the waitlist on the homepage is the best place. If you'd rather read along, this blog is.
Either way — welcome.
